Core Commitment: SedaVPN operates a strict zero-logs VPN service — we do NOT monitor, record, or store your online activity.

1. Information We DO NOT Collect (Zero-Logs Policy)

We do NOT collect:

  • ❌ Real IP addresses when connected
  • ❌ Communication content or traffic logs
  • ❌ Individual connection timestamps linking identity
  • ❌ Logs that can track or match user behavior

2.1 Account Information

  • Device ID: Anonymized identifier for authentication
  • Device Type: Android / iOS device model for optimization
  • App Version: For compatibility and support

2.2 Connection Information (Non-Identifiable)

  • Server region connected to
  • Total data usage (not content)
  • Session duration in aggregate form

2.3 Subscription Information

  • Purchase Receipts: Processed via Google Play Billing or Apple IAP
  • Status: Active / Trial / Expired
  • Plan Type: Monthly or Yearly

2.4 Technical Diagnostics

  • Crash logs (opt-in through platform settings)
  • Performance metrics (anonymized)

None of this data identifies your browsing behavior or personal content.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate your device and subscription
  • Maintain & improve VPN service quality
  • Handle billing validation via Google Play or Apple
  • Troubleshoot technical issues

We may only disclose information when required by law.
Our zero-log design means we have minimal identifying information even if requested.

4. Android & Google Play Compliance

4.1 Permissions Use Transparency

Our Android app may request:

  • VPN Service Permission: Required to establish encrypted connections
  • Network Access: Required to connect to VPN servers

We do NOT request location, contacts, SMS, photos, or sensitive data.

4.2 Google Play Billing

  • Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing
  • Google controls payment details — we do not receive credit card or account info
  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled

To cancel:
Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → SedaVPN → Cancel

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are handled by Google Play policy
  • Contact Google Play Support for refund review
  • We cannot process Google Play refunds directly

4.4 Google Play Data Safety Disclosure

We:

  • Do NOT share or sell personal data
  • Do NOT collect tracking identifiers
  • Use data solely for authentication, billing validation, crash logs (opt-in), and performance optimization

4.5 Third-Party SDK Compliance

If analytics, crash reporting, or billing libraries are used, they:

  • Comply with Google Play policies
  • Process anonymized or aggregated information
  • Do NOT track browsing behavior or personal identity

5. Apple App Store Compliance

(Only applies to iOS users)

  • Purchases processed via Apple In-App Purchases
  • Refund policy handled by Apple
  • Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions

6. Children’s Privacy

SedaVPN is not intended for minors under 18.
We do not knowingly collect information from children.
