SedaVPN – Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using SedaVPN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SedaVPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services that allow users to:

Secure their internet connection through encrypted tunnels
Access geo-restricted content
Protect their online privacy
Browse anonymously

3. APPLE VPN FRAMEWORK COMPLIANCE

This application is built using Apple's Network Extension framework and complies with all Apple App Store guidelines for VPN applications:

Network Extension Usage: The App uses NEPacketTunnelProvider for VPN functionality
User Control: Users have full control over when VPN connections are established or terminated
Transparency: All VPN activities are clearly displayed to the user
Privacy: The App respects iOS privacy settings and guidelines

4. REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION

Users are automatically registered using a unique device identifier
On iOS, the App may use Sign in with Apple to create, recover, or reconnect an account securely
Apple may provide an Apple user identifier and, if the user chooses, limited profile data such as email address or name
We use this information only for account access, authentication, fraud prevention, and support
Each device receives unique VPN credentials upon registration

4.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device
Lost or stolen devices should be reported immediately
We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity

5. PRIVACY POLICY

5.1 Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary for service operation:

Device Identifier: Used solely for authentication
Apple Sign-In Identifier: On iOS, used to securely identify and reconnect your account
Name or Email Shared by Apple: If provided during Sign in with Apple, used only for account access and support
Connection Metadata: Connection timestamps, data transferred (not content)
Server Selection: Your chosen VPN server locations

5.2 Data We DO NOT Collect

Browsing history
DNS queries
Traffic content
IP addresses of visited websites
Payment card details

5.3 Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
JWT tokens are stored securely in iOS Keychain
Connection credentials are never transmitted in plain text
Sign in with Apple account data is used only for authentication and account recovery flows
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties

5.4 VPN Traffic Logging

We operate a strict no-logs policy
VPN traffic content is never monitored, logged, or stored
Connection timestamps are stored for 24 hours for service optimization
Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be collected for service improvement

6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

6.1 Permitted Uses

Securing your internet connection on public Wi-Fi
Protecting your privacy online
Accessing geo-restricted content you have legitimate rights to access
Bypassing internet censorship in regions where it's legally permitted

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use SedaVPN for:

Any illegal activities under applicable laws
Hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to systems
Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
Harassment, stalking, or threatening others
Copyright infringement or piracy
Spamming or phishing activities
Child exploitation or illegal content distribution
DDoS attacks or network abuse
Circumventing technological protection measures in violation of law

6.3 Consequences of Misuse

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination
Legal action where applicable
Reporting to appropriate authorities
Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

7.1 Service Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

7.2 Server Performance

Connection speeds depend on various factors including server load and user location
We do not guarantee specific bandwidth or speeds
Multiple server locations are provided for optimal performance

7.3 Connection Limitations

Simultaneous connections may be limited based on your subscription
Excessive bandwidth usage may be subject to fair use policies

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

SedaVPN and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Seda Global
The App's source code, design, and functionality are protected by copyright
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App

8.2 Restrictions

Users may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or modify any proprietary notices
Create derivative works based on the App
Rent, lease, or sublicense the App

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

9.1 "AS IS" Service

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 Internet Security

While we employ industry-standard security measures:

No internet connection is 100% secure
Users assume all risks associated with internet use
We cannot guarantee complete anonymity or security

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Damage Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seda Global shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service (if applicable)
Actions of third parties or events beyond our control

10.2 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

Their use of the VPN service
Compliance with applicable laws
Content accessed through the service
Consequences of illegal activities

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seda Global, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your violation of applicable laws

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

12.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

Immediately upon posting in the App
After notification to users via in-app message
At the date specified in the updated Terms

12.2 Continued Use

Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time by:

Uninstalling the App
Requesting account deletion through support

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

For violation of these Terms
For suspicious or fraudulent activity
For legal or regulatory reasons
At our discretion with or without notice

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to use the App ceases immediately
We may delete your account data
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation

15. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

15.1 App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Seda Global, not Apple
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no warranty obligations regarding the App
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App

15.2 Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

17. SEVERABILITY

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seda Global regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

19. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY USING SEDAVPN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
