Introduction

Welcome to SedaVPN. These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) constitute a legal agreement between you and SedaGlobal (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the SedaVPN mobile application and services.

By downloading, installing, or using SedaVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

1.1 What We Provide

SedaVPN is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that:

  • Encrypts your internet connection
  • Protects your online privacy
  • Allows secure browsing on public networks
  • Provides access to global server locations

1.2 What We Are NOT

  • A tool for illegal activities
  • A guarantee of complete anonymity
  • Responsible for third-party content accessed through our service

2. Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age Requirement

By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Creation

  • Accounts are created automatically using your device ID
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • One account per device; sharing accounts is prohibited

2.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal activities
  • Abusive behavior toward support staff
  • Fraudulent payment activity

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

SedaVPN offers:

  • Weekly Subscription: Billed weekly
  • Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
  • Annual Subscription: Billed yearly (discounted)

3.2 Apple In-App Purchases

  • Subscriptions on iOS are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions are subject to Apple’s Terms of Service

3.2A Google Play In-App Purchases

  • Subscriptions on Android are processed through Google Play Billing
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account
  • Subscriptions are subject to Google Play Terms of Service

3.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.4 Refunds

  • Refunds for iOS purchases must be requested from Apple
  • Refunds for Android purchases must be requested via Google Play
  • We cannot process or override Store refund decisions (Apple/Google control billing)

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original price until renewal.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use SedaVPN for:

  • ✓ Secure browsing and privacy protection
  • ✓ Accessing content available in your region
  • ✓ Protecting data on public Wi-Fi networks
  • ✓ Personal, non-commercial use

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use SedaVPN for:

  • Illegal activities or violations of local laws
  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Hacking, phishing, or distributing malware
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Accessing services in violation of their terms
  • Network abuse or denial-of-service attacks
  • Reselling or redistributing VPN access

4.3 Consequences

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Immediate account termination without refund
  • Legal action if required by law
  • Cooperation with law enforcement

5. Service Availability

5.1 Uptime & Performance

  • We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
  • Maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions
  • Server speeds may vary based on location and network conditions

5.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Add or remove server locations
  • Update app features and functionality
  • Modify service offerings with reasonable notice

5.3 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Privacy Policy

6.2 Zero-Logs Commitment

We do NOT log:

  • Browsing history or websites visited
  • DNS queries or traffic content
  • Real IP addresses when connected

6.3 Minimal Data Collection

We only collect data necessary for:

  • Device authentication
  • Subscription management
  • Service quality monitoring

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

  • SedaVPN app, logo, and branding are owned by SedaGlobal
  • All rights reserved
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app

7.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the app
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Liability for Indirect Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from service interruptions
  • Third-party content or services accessed via VPN

8.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Your own use of the service
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Securing your device and account

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SedaGlobal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your illegal or unauthorized use of the service
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

10. Apple App Store Specific Terms

10.1 Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

10.2 Apple’s Role

  • Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support (contact us instead)
  • Apple is not liable for any claims related to the app

10.3 Device Requirements

  • Compatible with iOS devices meeting minimum requirements
  • Requires internet connection to function

10.4 Export Compliance

You represent that:

  • You are not in a country subject to U.S. embargo
  • You are not on any U.S. government prohibited parties list

10A. Google Play Store Specific Terms

10A.1 Third-Party Beneficiary

Google LLC and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

10A.2 Google’s Role

  • Google Play is not responsible for the app or its content
  • Google has no obligation to provide support (contact us instead)
  • Google is not liable for any claims related to the app

10A.3 Device Requirements

  • Compatible with Android devices meeting minimum system requirements
  • Requires internet connection to function

10A.4 Google Play Policy Compliance

You agree to comply with:

  • Google Play Terms of Service
  • Google Play Billing Terms
  • Google Play Developer Policies

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by [Your Jurisdiction]’s laws.

11.2 Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple or Google Play account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate your access for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Abuse or misuse of service

12.3 Effect of Termination

  • Access to the service ends immediately
  • No refunds for remaining subscription time (unless required by law)
  • Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via:

  • Email notification
  • In-app notification
  • Website posting

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SedaGlobal regarding the service.
